So I went into this Starbucks on Friday after I ordered through the mobile app. The lady I interacted with was great, but there was another female back there with glasses that was outright rude to other people. So this is really like two reviews in one. The lady I did not interact with was terrible. The way she was speaking to people, she should be outright fired. A customer walked up to the counter to ask about her online order and she was rudely told to wait her turn. The customer didn't speak English very well, so she asked again and I bought the lady behind the counter was going to explode. Another customer did not like her drink and the lady with glasses argued with her! Finally she starts making a new drink for the customer, but she never asked what was wrong with the first one. The customer was upset because it wasn't what she wanted again and the employee was pissed because she made the same drink three times. They were busy, but being friendly goes a long way. Even though I ordered ahead it took an additional 10 mins for my drinks and one of them wasn't even made right. But the girl making my drink behind the counter was so nice, that it wasn't a big deal.
