If initial customer service impression was in any way a basis of my rating, I would give this place a four, as there was some initial intimidation in my first few minutes in the shop. Corinna corrected me rather curtly when I told her I had an appointment for a piercing by which I apparently called an incorrect name, though it is a name to which its often referred online (vs. giving a more polite clarification which I understand is important in body modification), then seemed aggravated by my husband when he, not realizing she would be doing the piercing herself, asked what jewelry "they" would use for it. ("Who's they? I mean...'they'...really..." )
BUT to be fair, we had walked into the shop about five minutes before opening so I imagine she was not quite ready for the day, so initial awkwardness can be forgiven, and I came for a good piercing experience a nice receptionist. And anyway once Corinna and the room was all ready for me, her attitude turned exceptionally nice anyway. She explained everything she would be doing during the procedure. It was totally comfortable, sterile, private and a GREAT end result. The piercing turned out perfect and I felt 100% like I was in totally competent hands. And no pain after....even though lets say the piercing is in a rather...ah..tender spot.
So what I am trying to say is if you want a great piercing GO HERE and if, by chance, you are not greeted with a 100% warm welcome, RESIST the urge to back out and go elsewhere. You will be happy you did.
