Brought my car in to get tires swapped from all seasons, to winters. I have a dash cam which I usually check, since why not. The person driving my vehicle into the garage stalled my car 5 times. I'm not exaggerating and I have the video proof that even records his dismay when he whispered explicatives to himself each time he stalled my poor car. The owner told me that the employee said he only stalled it once. That upset me. Why would you try to lie when the video shows that you cranked the engine 5 times, between taking my car from the parking lot to inside the garage. If they had been more forthcoming about it and acknowledged the mistake, I would have been more understanding. But after I got home I texted the owner, and he insisted that the associate only stalled the car once. He literally said 'everyone needs time to get used to a clutch'. Well I'm sorry but stalling a car 5 times for a professional auto shop is unacceptable. Everyone who has a stick shift knows how much it hurts when we stall our own cars. I'm more hurt than I am angry. If you care about your car, don't take it to this shop. That's a sincere and honest account of my experience here today.
