Don't waste your time and money. This agency will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite the next. Staff is nice but not trained properly. Staff can't answer most questions one will have.
My policy was raised by almost $100 dollars one month and I called the office to tell them I wanted to cancel my policy because I would be paying to much with my policy being raised. Staff convinced me to keep my policy by telling me it went back down to my old policy and that I would only be charged the lesser amount. Having to find out that month that I was charged the high policy and that changes in your policy take 30 days to change. Thanks a lot! So I switched my policy to geico (WAY CHEAPER, MORE COVERAGE)
Unfortunately, I did the mistake of refinancing my car with them. It's been two months since I set up my auto payments and I've been getting a call from the office for the last two months that I need to call State Farm bank and make a payment through the phone because my auto payment hasn't been processed yet.
Thankfully they're refunding me for the $15 fee they charge to make a one time payment over the phone but I have to pick it up because it can't be mailed to me. Come on its 2016. I work two jobs that's a huge inconvenience for me.
Save your time and money, you've been warned.
