The customer service at the fashion plumbing is unacceptable. We would like to buy a water softener on Thursday, on a slow hours at 4 pm. We've been waiting for 45 min and it was announced multiple times from the overhead but still no response. I tried to ask to talk to the manager but even the manager is nowhere to be found. Hope the management will do something to improve their customer service. Good thing Home Depot is just around the corner.
