I HAD a good experience with the service Dept when Tyler was there. The men in the service Dept as of this writing are very misogynistic and condescending. I took my car in because of the dreaded check engine light, apparently it was the brand new NOT Volvo battery I just had installed. Then they told me I needed new tires. TWICE I told them I didn't want NOR need new tires, (I go to another place for my tires) but Mark the manager still insisted on pushing new tires.
$1,600 later and a new battery,
no new tires, no loaner vehicles so I was stuck without a car for 3 days my car is ready.
Pull out from the dealership and the check engine light is still on!!!!!
WTF Volvo of Phoenix?
