OK, so you are in town for a conference (Epic UGM?), you did all the activities, and you got a morning to kill before you leave town. THIS IS YOUR SPOT. Really tasty breakfast food made with fresh ingredients. Don't think Denny's or some other diner spot. This is not your mom and dad's fried eggs and pancakes. I think they stop serving breakfast by 11 or so, so get there early. Great food, great people, nice, lively location.
