For many years, we had used this animal hospital for our dog's boarding until we recently brought him in to be euthanized at 16 years old. I found that overall it was a great experience. They really got to know him through the years and it showed until he passed. They sent us a really sweet card with each staff member expressing a personal message that really touched us at such a sad time. The euthanasia experience was handled with great sensitivity by the vet and staff and we were very grateful. The only complaint I've ever had was the time to process picking him up from boarding which seemed to take a really long time each time even after calling ahead of time to give them notice so he could get bathed and be ready along with an invoice ready to be processed. I believe this check out process could be more efficient. Overall, a great office with caring staff though.
