Had an issue with being lied to by customer service on the phone, went into this store. They promptly addressed the issue and apologized. Great customer service. Fast forward one week. My bill has now doubled and the phone reps won't fix the issue as they say the "plan change was made in store". I didn't make a plan change. I'm beyond frustrated.
