I will forever love this place because it's the hotel my husband and I stayed in the night we first met. I usually aim for more upscale hotels, but it was our only option during a very spontaneous meeting after a KMFDM concert and riding around all evening in an abandoned shopping cart filled with liquor we obtained from Circle K. To my surprise, it was a lot cleaner and nicer than any other Best Westerns I have ever seen before. The staff was very awesome and had a great sense of humor as we were intoxicated and in good spirits. The guy told my husband at the front desk notified us upon booking "I'm so sorry sir, but we are sold out of standard rooms, so unfortunately we will have to upgrade you for free to the deluxe hot tub suite." As you may have expected, we were soooo disappointed! Anyway, from what I can recall, the room was super clean, the hot tub was great, the price was extremely reasonable, and it will be an awesome and crazy memory for me forever. Thanks Best Western of Scottsdale ... We are still together and happily married, thanks in part to you!
