When my friends and I walked in no one was available to see us. We were there on a Friday, late morning. We put our names in and was told the wait would be about an hour. The wait was longer than an hour. Also, it didn't have a "spa" feel to it and the place could use some cleaner, newer items...including my nail polish. After my toenails were done drying I noticed that the polish had dried with a sandy texture to it. Um, that's not what I wanted. Nothing on the nail polish bottle stated that. I was told it dries that way.
They had no reservations about changing the polish at all! Thank you. Besides the wait, customer service is good. I would recommend scheduling an appointment.
