Based on the reviews I've read from this place I was expecting a lot more . I've taken my dogs here twice and haven't had the exceptional service I've been reading about. First off every time I call I get there voicemail. But hardly get a call back.Terry seems like the only one that's friendly and customer service orientated. Most of the other staff members seem like they don't enjoy the work. When I took my small dogs in it was all business. No comment or acknowledge on the dogs at all (ex. "hey there little guy" or something of the sort) which most places usually do just as good customer service. One of my dogs was not cooperative , and they made me aware of it several times to the point of them making me feel I was a bad owner because of it. They gave me all the negative points but nothing positive. Didn't seem very happy and was unprofessional. I left a voicemail last week and never got a call back, I called and left a voicemail this morning and I'm waiting on a call back. The groomers are able to screen the calls , they hear your voicemail as your talking on the answering machine. Both times I called i was simply asking when the next available appointment would be.
