Made an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed on 3/20/2017
Jasmine was the girl that waxed my eyebrows. She did a nice job but she had to have me sit where you shampoo I asked for a towel to be put down so I would not be uncomfortable laying my neck on a hard steel sink and she couldn't lift the chair it was broken. She said I had to stay in that chair cause it was the closest to the hot wax. Really disappointed in the appearance of the salon. They need new equipment. The girls are great everytime I call and make an appointment. Very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable of the products. Chandra is my usual hair stylist that I go to for all my hair and eyebrow services. She is Wonderful!!!!! She really knows her stuff and I am always happy when I leave there.
