The short version:
1) They use organic cleaning products. (Great if you have kids or pets or are green)
2) They have affordable prices. Willing to give you a good deal if you get it done more frequently.
3) Willing to spend the extra time where time is needed until you are completely satisfied.
4) Great customer service and personality.
The long version:
I was not disappointed in the service I received Scrub Buds. I need to mention that I received a call from their office prior to arriving so it gave me a head's up to do some last minute things.
They showed up on time and got to work right away. They lifted things off the carpet and cleaned underneath. Many carpet cleaners in the past did not do this unless I asked. They were patient with my impatient dog who had to be put in his crate while they did their job. I had one trouble spot due to a recent coffee stain that didn't come out the first time around.
They were responsive and more than happy to come back out (free of charge) to do a different spot treatment. They couldn't have been nicer.
Communicated through e-mail to arrange for service and confirming service. Very easy to set up. Competitive price. The carpets look fantastic and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
