After they washed and returned 2 of my shirts where they turned the white collars and cuffs a mottled blue, they claimed the interfacing failed. Strange that of more than a dozen of my shirts, all by customer tailored by the same company, and all cleaned by this same Al Phillips location, these 2 had the "interfacing fail." Research indicates that if the cleaner uses too hot of a press, they will cause the glue in the interface to fail and result in the ruined collars and cuffs similar to what happened to my shirt. Al Phillips has refused any responsibility or compensation for the ruined dress shirts. I highly recommend you find other more reputable, more responsible, and more accountable cleaners for your shirt laundering needs.
