I have used shutterfly for several gifts and photos. The app is user friendly and the quality has been great on everything I purchased so far. The reason for my review today is because I accidentally put in my previous address on my most recent purchase. I simply wrote an email to their customer service and they changed the address for me. It took a couple extra days to get my order but that was worth the wait to not have the order get shipped to the wrong location, especially since I'm the one that made the mistake. Thank you for the great customer service!
