First experience wasn't a good one...unfortunately I wasn't even able to experience the product...waited in line for more than 10 minutes, staff was overwhelmed and struggling to even take care of what appeared to be the orders they had. Lots of customers waiting around...maybe next time even though I highly doubt there will be one based on this experience...unfortunate, I had high expectations.
