Total scam artists ditto what everyone else said. They quoted us $1200 to fix our ac when another guy did it for $300. When my girlfriend complained to One Hour the manager gave her a complimentary "Comfort Club" membership.
6 months go by.
6 months later the scam artists call and here's what you get in the "Comfort Club":
Guy comes to house, spends 30 minutes on roof, comes inside and tries to hard sell us an entirely new system. All sorts of gloom and doom stuff about costs and how they're in the 'off season' and it would be cheaper to give them money now and our unit is going to CATCH ON FIRE?!?
DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU GET A SECOND OPINION.
