Stay clear of this one. Everything is always broken, the elevators, the gym equipment, the garage. They are understaffed and the east side of the building rarely has security. The gym equipment is disgusting and torn apart. The cost to park has been raised 20 percent over what it was a year ago. The fire alarm goes off all of the time at early hours of the morning. It's just not worth it. In response to that comment. As far as the multimillion dollar elevator work being done, I was trapped in one of the recently "renovated" elevators for almost an hour on Monday. Clearly they aren't getting their money's worth because the elevators still break down all the time. As far as bias goes, it's easy to see the one getting paid by K&D having one. But I'll let my review and all the other negative ones speak for themselves.
