If it weren't for it's location, the W would be a bigger contender on the strip. But it's connected to the monorail so it's SUPER easy to get anywhere! Honestly, that 3 day monorail pass was the best money I spent in Vegas. The W is part of the SLS hotel but it's a different entrance which can really throw off your Uber driver. But they are starting to get the hang of it. My friend and I spent last weekend in Vegas and because the W is a Starwood Hotel, we could pay for our room with points! Score! The room itself is delightful! It had a curtain that hung over every wall to create some cool texture and pattern, a wall to wall white couch, a mirrored mini bar, 2 cozy robes, and a chic modern bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, it had no door! So beware of others when you are taking a shower. Thankfully we've been friends for 20 years so we'd pretty much witnessed everything anyway. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and all of the amenities at the SLS worked out great. They even allowed us a 4pm check out! Although it's not right where all of the action is, it's close enough and to be honest, I'm not 21 anymore so it was a great place to nurse a hangover!
