Terrible Customer service by office staff . There has been a dog 4 apartments down that howls at all hours of the day. My personal favorite is the 5:50-6 am wake up call. No need for an alarm. I have reported this dog multiples times to the office staff. I have even brought office staff to listen to the barking. No resolution .
The office also is not organized . I received an email about renewing my lease after I filled out paperwork indicating that I was moving out and not renewing my lease. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
