This was literally the last time I will ever go to this urgent care or refer it to anyone else. I have been to this facility several times specifically to see Greg Cordes because he is great however, every other doctor and physicians assistant in there is HORRIBLE!!!! I had to fight with whatever this woman was today (not sure if she was a doctor or PA) over my daughter's ear piercing. Before even looking at it, the woman said "it needs to come out" in an extremely rude tone. After about 2 mins of that, I lost it and told her she was not to talk to my daughter again that way. First she wasn't going to give antibiotics if we didn't remove the earring. Then once I said we were leaving, she said she'd give her one. Not once did she stop raising her voice or stop being rude. She didn't even wash her hands before attempting to examine my daughter. I'll never go back there, even to see Greg. She shouldn't be practicing medicine or allowed to be around the public. It really makes me have doubts about Banner and their ability to manage their clinics.
