Not that It would ever make me go back, but I would like to say that two of the people working here (the provider and the x-ray tech (?)) were nice. This place is a hack. They seem most concerned with getting your $40 up front so you cant leave after you've received subpar service at best and waited twice as long as they told you you were going to. I waited 3 and 1/2 hours to be seen last week. I knew there was going to be a wait as it is flu season, but they told me 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours when I checked in and paid. I am sorry I wasted my time and money. I thought I might have the flu and had a terrible headache with intense ear pain. I told the provider I have chronic migraines for which I take preventatives. They tested me for the flu and then told me I "probably had some other virus" and gave me a shot of toradol (did nothing) for my headache. So, I left feeling the same as I came in with nothing to even take after I left - besides more toradol (that didn't help). While I was waiting for my shot, the provider asked the assistant (?) to give it to me. She said, "after she's done, can I have one?" and when he told her he was going to give me just one shot (instead of smaller ones, I presume?) she said, "that's going to hurt!". Lastly, I wasn't seen until after closing time, despite getting there 3 hours prior, and when I came out to wait to be discharged, they had turned all of the lights off so, I waited in the dark lobby still feeling horrible. I'll never go back to this place.
