I had a horrible experience. The staff didn't provide us with proper instructions and were extremely rude. I slightly dragged my boat to a bigger one that was parked there when I was taking the boat back to the dock... nothing really happened... there was maybe a slight black mark left from the plastic that had scratched that boat (which could have been easily removed) and they told me that I'd be charged more than $200. My concern wasn't the fee (which of course didn't seem reasonable to me considering that it wasn't anything serious, and I don't even know if it was really done by me since it was at a level higher than what the boat I was on could hit...), but the problem was the staff who were very rude and disrespectful, and continuously insulted me. I would never go back there! Horrible experience.
