The absolute worst. Pay in advance, don't get anything and no refunds is their policy. How do you not offer a refund when you failed to provide what you paid for? So sorry I ever ordered from them. They keep saying the same thing even though they completely messed up my order; it'll ship in 5 days...only to never ship. Was going to order jewelry for my grad, so happy I didn't. Customer service is rude and snide I guess because they know either way they have your money and you are screwed. Notifying my bank and hopefully I'll get something back. I highly doubt the good reviews; they are way too over the top for the poor service given to so many others. Wish I read the bad reviews here before I purchased I would have saved myself the aggravation.
