Sidewalk Cafe is located inside Bally's. We went here for breakfast. It is not a breakfast buffet but a traditional sit-down breakfast place. The decor is pretty no frills.
The seating was comfortable, and the service was efficient. I had the pancakes with bacon and eggs. Everything was good. And prices were reasonable. If you are looking for a non-buffet breakfast place in Las Vegas, this is not a bad place to stop.
Surprisingly, the restaurant sign seem to indicate that this place is only open for breakfast and early lunch. The place closes at 3:00pm-ish. You get this a lot at breakfast places in Los Angeles, but it was a little odd to find something like this in the always open atmosphere of Las Vegas.
