I had a horrible experience here. I went in thinking I would be getting a normal exam and cleaning. First of all, the place looked filthy. One of the technicians was rude to me during my "exam". The dentist and a few technicians jammed pointy things into my gums until they bled and claimed they were bleeding due to periodontal disease. The funny thing is, when the dentist was supposedly showing me how infected my gums were, he poked my gums with the needle several times and nothing happened, so then he just kept doing it until they finally did bleed. After the exam, he and his receptionist spent a good 30 minutes trying to hard sell me on cosmetic work that I did not need. It was worse than buying a used car.
I finally left. I never did get a cleaning, but they billed my insurance for an annual exam, which meant that I could not go somewhere else for one.
