bought 4 $300 tires from them. I have been back twice extra for a balancing problem. They don't know how to install tires. The yellow circle on the tire is supposed to be installed at the wheel valve stem. Google it. Common knowledge. That is how you install a tire and how you start your balancing. Since my tires were installed at random spots, I have extra weight on them and they had to balance 3 times to get it right. On the second and third try, I asked them to rotate wheel/tire so yellow circle was at valve stem, like they should. They still didn't do it. Roadforce shoadforce, start with the yellow circle at the valve stem. Its remedial. Next time I will go to Costco and make one trip.
