I've been with this company for so many years I can't even remember now. Devin has been my contact there and he has been absolutely wonderful in assisting me to find the best insurance policy for me that fit my budget. I know it almost sounds like a marketing thing, but I swear these guys deserve it. Every time I needed to make a change, got in trouble or needed to use my insurance for something big, I could call them and Devin would quickly respond in the best and helpful way possible. He responds to my requests in a timely manner, and always professional, calm and very courteous. I really do feel they had my best interest in mind and never for one second have I felt that they were just focused on making money - and that's rare with car insurance. It's rare to feel like a human being and to feel like you really are a valued customer. One time I even needed to change my insurance policy because one of my accidents was going to fall off because a certain time had passed, and Devin was proactive and contacted me on his own to tell me that he had found a better policy for me that was cheaper. I mean, how rare and amazing is that. Then I moved to a different state and Devin put me in touch with a rep in their company that was licensed in the new state and together they got me what I needed. Thumbs up all around. I highly recommend them and would never go somewhere else for car insurance. I was lucky to find them!
