Waited for almost 2 hours for my son to finally be seen (we had made his appointment weeks in advanced). The waiting room was full of people yet to be seen. The front desk is always piled high with patients folders out for everyone to see (ever heard of HIPAA???). The nurse dropped the protectant to the ear viewer and didn't even bother to pick it up and throw it away. The trash can was full. Battersby avoided my question a few times then when he did answer, tried explaining to me like I was five and almost as if I didn't need to know the answer. As we left the room I noticed a clamp (there was no tools used in our visit) sitting in the sink uncleaned (how long was is there for?!?!?). The waiting room smelled of cat pee and the fish tank was almost fully green. WE ARE DONE GOING HERE. How do you report health code violations on a doctor?
