I called around 8:15pm because my new thermostat wasn't working after installation. Kellan arrived around 9:00pm and knew what the issue was right away! He changed a fuse and explained what probably happened during the installation process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It's nice knowing that an A/C company is available 24 hours a day, especially living in a desert.
A few days after the service call, I received a follow up call to see how everything went. I think the level of service from this company sets them apart.
