Thanks for your response. 1. We met a greeter, she put us in the long line. 2. There was a small office type wastebasket in the party room and we did leave to find the other trash cans in the lobby. 3. About 12 kids under 5 were playing by the basketball hoops.......an employee ( tall white man) came by and directed is that only two children could play in each section. That would be space for only 6 children. I asked him where was the area that children under 3 could play and he said there was no area. I did not identify any area with small kids jumping. We were not directed to a safe area by any staff including the party people (only saw 1, not saying there was only one). If you commit to a party for a 3 yo, you should have a safe play for that 3 yo and their 3 yo friends.
