I called on a Thursday to inquire on service I needed and was quickly told " come on in and we'll take care of you, can you be here tomorrow morning?" I was shocked, due to the reason that when I called the dealership Land Rover of Las Vegas (where I purchased my Brand New Range Rover) I was explained the process and it would take some time. No invite to stop by. Nothing but EXCUSES. Horrific CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Service center at Land Rover!!!!
I arrived early the next morning Friday at Swat Motorsports and Ron, one of their Specialist took care of me straight away. The work was done BEAUTIFULLY and had my Range Rover back within a few hours.
