No stars...they had incorrect delivery address after reminding and calling 3 times. Then they delivered a different product. I had to go to the store to get the issue resolved. Then on the final delivery date, they didn't show up...the scheduled time was between 2.30pm and 4.30pm and until 6:00pm the call center staff had no idea where the driver is...the manager is not picking up the call and no one has any idea what is going on.....mystery continues...I have been on the phone for last 3 hours and they keep putting you on hold to find info which they have no idea of...regretting my decision to purchase from here....i will edit this post with names of folks that i have encountered so far....if you deal with any one of them....that means walk away!
