Listen, this new management of The Villas at Green Valley is the WORST!!! If you're thinking of moving here, think twice and RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. There are other apartments you can go to. The old management was so good, I miss them. This new management, if something goes wrong with your apartment, they won't even call or come. For weeks!!!! When I read all the other reviews, I realized we're not the only one they treat like this. They just don't send their maintenance people to fix problems. Even if you call so many times. Yes, many, many times. They just calm you down and say "yes, we'll TRY to send someone but we CAN"T PROMISE". If they even give you a "good deal" to move here, it's not that good, believe me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. And to those who still haven't been taken care of, call the Fair Housing Counsel at (702) 749-3288 and complain about The Villas at Green Valley. The management company is called Pinnacle Property Management. Pinnacle is located in Dallas. No wonder they couldn't care less about the tenants. All of us should complain to the Fair Housing Counsel. I hope the Villas management will pay attention to the tenants after all of us complain.
