I checked in for my flight yesterday online and thought everything was good to go. I arrived at the airport 90 minutes before my flight where I waited until boarding began. When it was finally mt turn, me and my husband were told our seats did not exist on this flight. Your attendants were taking volunteers to take a later flight and giving them compensation for missing their original flight. We were told there was no room for us and we would have to go on a different air line. We lost half a day of my husbands military leave having to wait on a new flight.
The best part is, when I spoke with a manager and told her that we would not be flying with their airline again, she simply responded with, "Good".
If you want to be treated like crap, go ahead and fly with them.
