Horrible customer service and ruined Valentine's Day for me. I hate this location and everyone who works there is rude and not willing to help out at all. I bought a chocolate bouquet of strawberries for my girlfriend and she gets off at 3pm. I asked the sales associate and they tell me businesses are first deliveries and will be there before 2 and definitely before 3pm. It's 2pm and still no word from my girlfriend. I give them a call and am now told we do not promise a time and essentially it gets there when it gets there. It delivery was enterprised to another store location because of the location of the delivery. I call that new store location on Las Vegas Blvd and they are very friendly and even go out of their way to try to help but by that time it was too late because my girlfriend had left work. The store on Las Vegas Blvd tell me that this store location did not include any notes on time because if they have they tend to route their schedule accordingly. If I can give this location a 0 stars I would.
