Update 12/15.
I have been working with management on this and they agreed to let me see Dr. Bruce at their Mesa location and waived my co pay for that visit. It was a night and day difference. He reviewed my study and discussed it in a very professional manner. The staff was more professional as well. I left with the confidence that my situation had finally been properly assessed, and that's what really matters. Long story short, I would never return to the Phoenix location, but the Mesa location was well worth the drive! Thank you for working with me on this!
