There is nothing good I can say about this practice. I was seen at the 27th ave and 101 location and from the first contact on the phone it was evident that they lack professionalism. It was like pulling teeth to get information about making an appointment. I was on hold initially for over 15 minutes just to speak to the office. The persons I have spoken with there are very young, cannot answer simple questions, lots of mmmm I don't know answers for something as simple as the insurance that they accept. I asked for the office manager but was not allowed to speak to them. When in the office the receptionist speaks loudly and announces to the patient (after loudly calling you by last name) that they are checking in this is for a ________ exam, did you empty your bladder, ect. I think this is so tacky and embarrassing and may be in violation of HIPPA, I really don't want to know that this poor woman is having a camera "procedure". The room was filthy that I was seen in, debris on the floor and something that looked like blood on the table. I had an appointment scheduled with a doctor but a Nurse Practitioner came in and stated that they take all the information, relay it to the doctor that you think you are going to be dealing with (and who you were scheduled to see in the first place) after all information is taken at the last minute the doctor will come in and quickly go over what she thinks the problem is. I was told it is it is their practice guideline that everyone gets a catheter for urine, a camera put up into their bladder and a cat scan who has any urinary issues. I felt like it was over kill for a first for a my particular issue. I have since seen another doctor and was advised that we would not have to do any of these procedures at this time. To add to the horrible experience when I viewed my records I was shocked to see that there were notes about so many things that were never discussed and it almost was like it was written for another patient. I will never be returning to this "practice" as I did not feel like I got good care and I also felt like the office was very unprofessional.
