Our clothes dryer Saturday night started running cold. I emailed Valleywide Appliances Services and Repair on Sunday to arrange an appointment. We used this firm previously to repair our old 'Kenmore' washing machine successfully. Later Sunday I received a reply email that I would be contacted in a short while to arrange an appointment. Shortly after that I got a text from them asking if the next day (Monday) between 10 AM and noon would be OK. Anthony arrived at 9:58AM on Monday, tested the dryer and verified the heater element was bad .. gave me a quote to fix it after he called his parts supplier ... and left to get the part. The dryer was working by 11:30AM that day. He also vacuumed inside the dryer unit cavity since it was open. Very profession, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Dryer is working great. I am very pleased with their service. They are the first to call for appliance repair in my book.
