I was interested in different styles of Pilates teaching. I signed up online and received an email confirmation that I had signed up with the studio. I filled out 3 forms to prevent Virginia from any liability. At the end of the hour class, I was asked to make a payment. I have taken many Pilates classes and have always pain online when I register for the class and this time was no exception. I put my American Express credit card information into the system when I booked my class and believed that I had pre-paid for my time in the studio. Virginia asked me to pay and I asked her why I needed to pay for the class after receiving an email confirmation and putting all of my information for payment into her system. I realized that my payment never went through so I offered my credit card once again as payment for the class. Virginia doesn't take American Express which explains why my card never went through. I didn't get any notice that my payment wasn't processed the four days prior to showing up to her studio.
