Customer service was on point!! I was looking for a particular size, so I asked a gentleman, he didn't know, however, he walked me to a lady who he believed would know the answer. Now they both walked me to the section to find it, wasn't there, she was sure of it so she says hold on, let me check the back. She returned to say, "unfortunately, they don't have it, I did check online, we could order for you and have it shipped for free" ... we ended up just getting the smaller size since we wanted it that day, however, appreciated all the effort they went to please us!
