I gave only one star because zero stars doesn't exist. This is by far the worst practice I have ever been to. The front desk doesn't know a damn thing about insurance. It is a constant battle for this practice to get anything right regarding insurance. Now Jason Fagan PAC is the biggest ass.... practitioner that I have ever dealt with. He is jaded, has poor bedside manner and don't see how anyone would be happy seeing him. Do not waste your time with this one. You will be very disappointed.
