Compared to other city's' DMV, this is the biggest. But as it is so large, it takes a while to be seen. With technology, they can now text you once you are checked in, just to tell you how much longer you have to wait. This saved me time more than once. The only thing that sucks is they got rid of the text check in. You have to be there before they open to get the number to text to check in, but after 8am, you have to manually check in.
