This place is terrible! I specifically had someone help me with a heat wand and she gave me one that would suit my needs since they were out of the one I requested. She said look this one is $20 more but it's a better quality. I said great I'll take it! It was $99 on the shelf and confirmed by the employee in the hair area. I got to the register and it rang up for $270! The cashier Elaine did not budge and said so do you want it or not? Very poor service and I will report false advertising to the BBB.
