The employee in question, Mr. "Adrian MacDonald", was apparently fired some time after.
The picture, which has now been taken down by a third party, showed a conversation of Mr. MacDoanld, who was at the time a bartender at Pioneer, specifically said on a Facebook conversation with an acquaintance of mine that he will refuse to pour him beer if he doesn't a good hefty tip to waiters who do not do a proper job. This took place on a Facebook post where the acquaintance complained about the said service he received.
