Despite living in a different state for the last 5 years, RZ has always been my salon - and my experience this week is exactly why. I called on a Thursday afternoon, desperate for a Saturday appointment while in town visiting my family for the weekend. My regular stylist wasn't available, but the receptionist found a space for me on Abby's schedule.
Abby was wonderful from the second I walked in, immediately taking care of any trepidation I had about going to someone other than my regular. I vaguely described to her what I wanted, and she had suggestions and input and ideas - which, for a person like me, who gets her hair cut only once ever 6 months when she's in town, is a crucial aspect. And then she went to down - and gave me one of the best haircuts I think I've ever had. It's right in line with what I had asked for, but she changed it up just enough that it looks completely different. And, of course, completely amazing. Abby will without question be my go-to person for now.
Long and short of it: great service, always helpful people available, and an amazing haircut. Plus, the tip is included - though if I could have, I would have given Abby more. Fantastic place!
