This place has continued to disappoint me every time I go to their place of business. For one they are over priced, most importantly the customer service is horrible from the front-end service to the manager. Actually, I asked to speak to the manager and he just glared at me and never came over.
I was asking if they honor competitor coupons when I didn't find the coupon especially since I'm not impressed with anything even their outdated building inside and out. Once I was hassled about coming up with a $3 coupon I asked if I could speak to the manager and the guy says he's not going to change the price I told him I just wanted to let him know about my experience at this car wash and how $3 really wouldn't be as important as years of revenue of possible car washes...
Sure enough as the ticket writer is talking about me the manager who was washing a car didn't seem to care and looked over and glared at me. I simply waived my hand, smiled said never mind and went 3 miles down the road and spent $250 in detail services at Cobblestone, lol! Much nicer location inside and out. A little further but well worth it all the way around. Great customer service and relaxing environment! I will continue to take my weekly business for my 3 cars to Cobblestone or Francis & Son's! 5 Strikes your out!
