Very rude staff at this location. No compassion. Not helpful. If they cannot provide information about someone in ICU to a family member who is desperately trying to get answers... for hours and no return calls. then they need to locate someone who has the legal authority to do so. I plan to file a formal complaint on a one Michelle in ICU3. She was not helpful and continued to call me honey, and patronize me. Completely unprofessional. She kept saying I was talking over her, but I was trying to explain detectives came to our home to tell us information and my mother was in a state of shock so she didn't get any info to relay to us, so we needed them to reach or again. I am scared and worried and I need information. I do not need to be scolded as if calling multiple times to request a call back was illegal. Its 2 am, I have been dealing with no help since 10:45 pm when I made the first call. Please call me back, I left my number with Michelle. Thank you,
