There's something strange about this site page that doesn't add up. I'm not a paid shill, I'm a patient with high standards. I read all these reviews and they make no sense. I was at this specific location to see a specialist named Dr. Crumb today who does periodic work for this dental clinic at 530 East McDowell.
Well, I had a perfect experience. The location was clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. The other patients looked like regular people. I waited maybe 20 minutes to be seen, although there were other patients in the front and back areas. The techs and Dr. Crumb were very professional. Everything was fully explained to me and they were honest enough to tell me about expensive work that I didn't need that I had been sent for.
Either the people on this page were carrying out some on line scam or else the past complaints led to a corporate shake up of the place to correct alleged past problems. Hopefully it was the later. This page makes me very distrustful of review sites like this, given how unreliable they were on this subject and others I've read on some restaurants. I also had a good past experience at the East Thomas location (which referred me to this other place for follow up).
I went to Western Dental due to word of mouth from friends of the family. Obviously, that's a more reliable way to get info on a place of business.
